Designated Doctors need special care in the administration of their affairs. North Texas Medical Evaluators specializes in giving doctors that special care with a staff of people that have many years experience in all facets of the Workers’ Compensation industry.Our staff are well established and experienced in:
- Scheduling the physicians to maximize their work experience
- Preparing the reports in a professional style that will be acceptable to their colleagues
- Preparing the impairment ratings in a professional and technical format
- Routing the DD reports, DWC-69 forms, and the IR reports quickly and efficiently to the Texas Department of Insurance, Workers’ Compensation Division, the treating doctor, the insurance carrier, and the patient
- Billing the insurance carriers for the exams performed by the physicians
- Aggressively collecting each physician’s account receivables from the insurance carriers
- Maintaining a number of exam sites throughout the state so that physicians may have a large choice of exam sites to maximize their monthly patient load
- Training and maintaining a number of skilled technicians that can aid the physician at the exam site with ROM measurements and other testing as needed
